Chocolate Fudge Pie
• 8 ounces non-fat cream cheese
• 2 1/2 cups milk
• (2) small or (1) large package of Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Chocolate Fudge
• 16 scoops Chocolate Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
• 1 Chocolate pie crust [reduced fat if available] Put package of softened non-fat cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
I recommend using an electric mixer for this. Start that going and when the cream cheese starts to break down and get creamy, add 2 1/2 cups of milk. I prefer soy. Then add pudding mix and 16 scoops of Formula 1. Continue to mix until thoroughly combined. Spoon into pie crust, refrigerate and enjoy!!!
Variations on the Chocolate Fudge Pie
• Use Sugar Free Non Fat White Chocolate pudding mix with Dutch Chocolate Formula 1 to create a lighter chocolate taste. • Use Sugar Free Non Fat Cheese Cake pudding mix with Wild Berry Formula 1 poured into a graham cracker pie crust to create...
Strawberry Cheesecake!!!! – my favorite
• Slice bananas to cover the bottom of the pie crust before pouring in pie mixture. • Melt 2 tablespoons of reduced fat peanut butter, pour it in the bottom of the pie crust and then pour your pie mixture on top of that. Have fun with your combinations. Any pudding mix with any flavor Formula 1 poured into any pie crust!!!!! Pie Tip I prefer to freeze the pies for a minimum of 4 hours prior to serving to ensure proper firmness. When preparing for family events, prepare the night before, freeze overnight, then top with a dollop of whip cream!
